I sign a NDA with you which protects you as well as the startups you´re looking into.
You send over the pitch deck and technical material that you have.
I spend 4-5 h reviewing the tech, claims, feasibility, and scan for red flags.
Within one week, you will receive a report which includes:

Why Tech DD?

Imagine you’re buying a house. You wouldn’t just admire the curb appeal, take the seller’s word that everything’s fine, and sign the dotted line. You’d hire a home inspector to check for hidden issues like a shaky foundation or faulty wiring, which could turn your dream home into a financial nightmare.

The foundation of an innovative company lies in its technology and the underlying science. This makes technical due diligence (Tech DD) a critical step when investing in such companies. An informed investment decision is only possible when the risks and challenges of the technology are clearly understood, along with a defined strategy to address them.
